The activities of the cleaners will be monitored by the supervisors of Smart at the spot/ field and reported accordingly to the contact person of cleaning service at the head office in daily/ weekly meetings/ discussions and visits. A register and monitoring format is maintained by the supervisor to record attendance, leave plans, complains etc. The daily performances of the cleaners are monitored by the supervisors.
