Principles of D-list User Forum.
Thank you for your interest in D-list User Discussion Forums. To ensure a civil forum community, users are required to follow certain rules. These rules, applicable for all D-list User Forum in addition to the Terms of Service and Legal Disclaimer of D-list web site.
In using D-list User Forum, you agree to be bound by the following rules and conditions. You further agree that all information you provide in your registration is accurate. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not register or participate in D-list User Forum.
The D-list User Forum has always been an invitational forum and never an ideological platform. Above all, we ask simply that you voice your opinions in a tasteful manner, respecting the many others in home and from around the world who form this online community.
You might want to spend some time following discussions before you participate. Discussions are more rewarding when users post messages relating to the discussion topic and avoid repetitive or excessively lengthy posts. Posts to D-list User Forum are publicly visible to all visitors.

Users Are Legally Responsible and Liable for Posts.
You agree that you are fully responsible and legally liable for the content that you post or made using your name and password. If your password is lost, you may reset a new password by clicking the “Reset Password" button in the profile.
The Right to Move, Edit, or Delete Posts.
The D-list expect users of D-list User Forum to follow rules that protect other users and persons from the invasion of their rights and privacy. The D-list has no obligation to monitor the forums, or any submissions or other materials that you or other third parties transmit or post on D-list User Forum. The D-list does, however, have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor D-list User Forum and the materials you transmit or post. Should you violate or allow another person to use your account to violate any of the following rules, The D-list.net reserves the right to move, edit, or delete your post or discussion thread:
Posts that are defamatory, libelous or an invasion of privacy or violation of the rights of another user, person, or party.
Posts that are obscene, abusive, harassing, threatening, off-topic or inappropriate, as determined by the moderators of D-list User Forum.
Posts that are in violation of copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws, as determined by the moderators of D-list User Forum.
Posts which attempt to impersonate or fraudulently represent another user, person, or party.
Posts in violation of Bangladesh, other countries or international law.
Posts which are in a language other than Bangla and English.
Posts promoting, soliciting for, advertising for, referring to commercial products or services. D-list User Forum is designed for discussion.
Posts which are submitted repetitively, without any bearing on the discussion topic, or otherwise deliberately disrupting the forums.
Posts which include graphics, audio, videos, programing languages or other binary files. The forums are designed to be text-only.
The Right to Remove Users.
Every message in D-list User Forum is automatically labeled with your user name and location. The D-list reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to remove the posting privileges and/or eject a user permanently from the discussion forum for violating the D-list User Forum rules and Conditions

D-list users can also use the Find Friends feature to find one another based on their names or email addresses (you can limit your visibility for this feature in your account settings). Please also note that the messages you send or receive using the Service are only private to the extent that both you and the recipient(s) of your messages keep them private. For example, if you send a message to another user, that user may choose to publicly post it. We may access, review, and disclose such messages in connection with investigations related to use of the Service, as well as our efforts to improve the Service.

The Service is intended for general audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us here. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information without parental consent, we take steps to remove such information and terminate the child’s account.

For security purposes, we will take such steps as we deem necessary
to confirm your identity before completing your request or sharing any
personal data with you.
Under the Dhaka Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“DCPA”), Dhaka residents have certain rights around D-list’s collection, use, and sharing of their personal information.
D-list does not sell your personal information and will not do so in the future without providing you with notice and an opportunity to opt-out of such sale as required by law. Similarly, we do not offer financial incentives associated with our collection, use, or disclosure of your personal information.
D-list collects various categories of personal information when you use the Service, including identifiers, commercial information, internet or other electronic network or device activity information, geolocation data, and professional information. A more detailed description of the information D-list collects and how we use it is provided above in Section 1 (Information We Collect and How We Use It). Section 3 (Third Parties) describes the categories of third parties with whom we share personal information, and what information may be shared under different circumstances.
If you are a resident of Dhaka, you have the right to request to know what personal information has been collected about you, and to access that information. You also have the right to request deletion of your personal information, though exceptions under the DCPA may allow D-list to retain and use certain personal information notwithstanding your deletion request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights under the DCPA. An agent may submit a request on your behalf, but you must verify that your agent is authorized to do so.
Separate from the DCPA, Dhaka’s Shine the Light law gives Dhaka residents the right to ask companies what personal
information they share with third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose your personal information to third parties for the purpose of directly marketing their goods or services to you unless you request such disclosure. You can object to the processing of your personal information, ask us to restrict processing of your personal information, and request portability of your personal information.
