Aviation Law Expert in Bangladesh

Md. Wazed Jamil is a Barrister from the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn, UK. He finished his LL. B (Hons) from the University of London, UK and Bar Professional Training Course from the University of the West of England, Bristol, UK. A Kennedy Lugar Youth Exchange and Study Alumni, he has been in practice since 2016 and an enterprising member of the FM team. He is also an accredited commercial mediator from ADR group and an Aviation Law expert.

Through his tenure in FMA, Mr. Jamil has been working diligently with International Aviation, Insurance, Succession, Immigration, Company and Labor Laws. One of his peaks has been working with the victims of US-Bangla BS-211 crash, where he has been involved with the complete process of compensating the injured victims and the families of the deceased in one of the swiftest pay-outs in aviation insurance history. 

He has also advised companies and corporations in immigration, company and labor matters. His goal is to have a substantial impact in the legal picture of aviation, admiralty and company sectors of Bangladesh in the long run.
