All guests are required to show Passport / NID with a valid travel document upon check-in. GRACE 21 reserves the right to refuse entry and accommodations if, on arrival, management reasonably considers that the guest is a threat to the security of the Property. In case of Bangladeshi Couples, valid proof of marriage is required to show at the time of check-in.

Cancellation policy : The guest can cancel booking for free of charge until 2 days before arrival. The guest will be charged for the first night if they cancel within 2 days before arrival or in case of no show. Payment : All payments are to be made at the property during Guest's stay. The property reserves the right to pre-authorize the guest's credit card upon check-in or prior to check-in for the guarantee of stay. It's not a charge; it is only to hold the amount for a certain period, and this amount can be released or refundable at any time as per Cancelation policy. Children Policy : All children are welcome.
